Apricot Kernel Oil

Apricot Kernel Oil is a thin, light and gentle oil with a pleasant nutty aroma, cold pressed from the seed or kernel of an apricot. It’s very similar to almond oil and can be used on the hands and face. It is generally clear or light yellow in color.

 

Because it is such a light oil, it penetrates the skin easily and leaves no oily or greasy feel. This makes it excellent for sensitive, dry or irritated skin. It promotes skin softness and elasticity, making the skin smooth and soft.

It is gentle and safe enough to use on children and babies. It is also good for damaged and chemically treated hair. *
