Seven is number of perfection and we will now present you our seven soldiers that will keep your ovaries in perfect health: yarrow, calendula herb, white horehound, couch grass, shepherd’s purse, St. John’s wort herb, mistletoe herb. Combination of these herbs is traditional European recipe for supporting ovary health. When you know that herbs are hand-picked and ,on top of that, picked on pure mountainsides of Balkan you can be sure your body will be grateful.
Boil 3 cups of water. Remove from heat. Add 3 tablespoons of tea and cover for 30 minutes. Strain tea and drink 1 cup 3 times a day.
If desired, sweeten with honey.
